Micasa Wins Best UK Show House for 2nd Time in 3 Years

Going to the International Property Awards at The Savoy in London always gives us butterflies. It’s an important occasion, the big names in our industry attend, and it’s a chance to tell the world about our work. This year was even more special as Arola House, a stunning property we developed from scratch, had been nominated for The Best Interior Design Show Home UK.

We’re delighted to report that Arola House triumphed. It won both the East of England Show House plus the Best Interior Design Show Home, beating off competition from twenty rival companies. Our team (pictured above) collected The Daily Telegraph sponsored award on a memorable evening.

In many ways Arola House is an extension of our showroom. It’s the very best of Micasa – from the impressive architecture to the attractive interior architecture and interior design. It’s a beautiful home with eye catching bespoke detailing. Every room was carefully designed to make a statement. It’s stylish, cohesive, comfortable, practical and eminently liveable.

We’re extremely proud of the project, and delighted that a panel of more than 90 independent international property experts chose Arola House over its rivals. It was also a brilliant feeling to win for the second time in three years. Amber House in Sarratt, another beautiful property our design team put together, received this same honour in 2014/15.

Winning this prestigious accolade twice shows we’re consistently at the top of our game. Although we attract most of our new business via word of mouth, it’s always great to be recognised by independent third parties – especially ones who are so highly regarded. The challenge now is to win yet again! Going to the International Property Awards at The Savoy in London always gives us butterflies.
