Another Christmas Jumper Day has been and gone! This year the Micasa team were in full force, showcasing the fanciest of fancy Christmas jumpers to show support for the Save the Children charity.
Christmas Jumper day has become an annual fundraising campaign in which thousands of people and businesses up and down the country join in the festive fun and donate to a truly remarkable charity, Save the Children. The money raised on this day help change children’s lives. The money provides the charity with the means to offer education, medical treatments, drinking water, safe places to live and so much more to children all over the world. To see exactly where and how the money raised helps children, visit the Save the Children’s website.
The day seeks to bring colleagues and friends together wearing their favourite/craziest Christmas attire all in the name of charity. At Micasa we are no different from those businesses who participate in the campaign and this year we saw some truly stunning (is that the correct word to use?!) designs on our teams.
We saw some fantastic efforts on the day this year, ranging from light up jumpers, to 3D snowmen. Feast your eyes on what our teams wore below.
Our teams also played ‘Pin the nose on James Blunt’ where each participant would donate, be blindfolded, spun around a few times and place a sticker of a nose onto a poster of James Blunt, the closet sticker to his nose would be the winner. We had some very close attempts and some not so close attempts. Our winner was Senior Interior Designer, Chloe White who won a delicious box of chocolates. All great fun and again, gave us the opportunity to raise further for Save the Children.
If you too would like to donate to Save the Children and help build a better future for children all over the world, kindly visit Save the Children’s website. Thank you in advance for your donation and a huge thank you to our teams for making this the best Christmas Jumper day at Micasa.Back
